After winning the Richemont Future of Retail initiative, Smartzer partnered with Montblanc to help evolve its e-commerce experience from primarily functional to more inspirational and content-led. While Montblanc had strong brand storytelling across social media, this rich video content was disconnected from the shopping journey.

 

The challenge was to bridge inspiration and commerce by making existing video assets actionable, encouraging deeper product discovery and engagement without disrupting the luxury positioning of the brand.

SOLUTION

Smartzer enabled Montblanc to transform its social and brand videos into shoppable content and curated shoppable video playlists embedded across its e-commerce site. By repurposing existing social media videos, Montblanc created an immersive browsing experience where customers could explore products directly within storytelling-led video content.

 

This approach brought emotion, craftsmanship, and lifestyle context into the shopping journey, making e-commerce feel more editorial and discovery-driven rather than purely transactional.
