Rituals needed to translate its highly sensory, story-led in-store experience into a digital-first launch format for the Alchemy and Dream collections while maintaining strong engagement and driving conversion. Traditional e-commerce lacked the ability to capture attention during key launch moments, encourage active participation, and deliver seamless commerce across both web and app. In addition, for the Dream Collection launch, Rituals wanted to incorporate a live giveaway to increase excitement and dwell time without introducing technical complexity or disrupting the viewing experience.
