Missoni | Collaborations made Interactive

The Italian luxury bran Missoni, known for its colourful knitwear designs partnered with Adidas Running on a limited-edition collection of performance shoes and sports apparel.

As part of the collaboration, Missoni wanted to create a seamless shopping experience that would promote how exclusive this collection was on their e-commerce website which was also shared on social platforms like Instagram.

The interactive features allowed for Missoni customers to watch the promotional video of a model dancing whilst selecting their favourite items via our hot-spot technology or through the interactive carousel that loaded on the left of the video for users to explore.

GOAL

Missoni's objective was to create an engaging and interactive shopping experience that would showcase the unique collaboration between the two brands and create a memorable online shopping experiences for their customers.

Execution

The shoppable video was designed to allow viewers to click on any item of clothing or footwear featured in the video and discover more about it directly from the Missoni e-commerce store and Instagram ads. This allowed viewers to easily purchase the limited edition sneakers and apparel, creating a seamless and immersive shopping experience.

Results

The shoppable video not only allowed customers to purchase items directly from the video, but it also provided a unique and engaging shopping experience that created a buzz around the limited edition collection generating significant interest. This allowed the brand reach numbers of 15% Click-through rate and 38% engagement rate on average across all markets. The shoppable video was an innovative and effective way to showcase a collaboration between two iconic brands.
