Feelunique | Shoppable Videos on E-Commerce

Beauty retailer Feelunique utilised interactive shoppable video so their customers had an easy navigation from product discovery to conversion. With an elegant pop-up designed, viewers could shop within the video and select their specific variant before selecting to "buy now".

Feelunique teamed up with makeup brand NARS to produce an interactive shoppable video experience for their customers so they could click on the products within the video and shop directly from the content.

The beautifully produced video showcased NARS and their latest Orgasm makeup collection where models can be seen applying the products in the video whilst their customers could click on specific areas for a pop-up to appear with the products variants and an option to "buy now" with the retailer seeing 4X increase in conversions.


Feelunique wanted to provide their customers with an immersive, interactive shoppable experience that would be available on their e-commerce site.

Teaming up with NARS was a good bet with the video was embedded onto the brand page of feelunique.com.


Smartzer's hot-spot technology enabled NARS and Feelunique to have an interactive shoppable video. Viewers could click on specific products within the video as well as navigate towards the beautiful designed carousel on the left of the player which gave their customers a catalogue of all of the products within the video.


Smartzer's interactive features pushed the boundaries of this project and the viewers showed high engagement and CTR from the video.
With a high engagement rate, the project was a success in terms of product discovery with Feelunique seeing a 4X increase in conversion rate.
