Madison Avenue Couture is America's largest and most trusted online independent retailer of new, store-fresh Hermes handbags. In 2022, Madison Avenue Couture partnered with Smartzer to integrate an immersive and interactive live shopping experience on their Shopify Store.

With beautiful products on showcase every single week, Madison Avenue Couture wanted to provide their audience the opportunity to shop, ask questions in real-time and interact with the live experiences.

As the show comes to an end, the interactive journey still continues with Smartzer's on-demand features through the live shopping platform. This enables Madison Avenue Couture to create a series of content on their e-commerce website which all remain shoppable and interactive post live.
