Madison Avenue Couture is America's largest and most trusted online independent retailer of new, store-fresh Hermes handbags. Madison Avenue Couture partnered with Smartzer to integrate an immersive and interactive live shopping experience on their Shopify Store.

With beautiful products on showcase every single week, Madison Avenue Couture wanted to provide their audience the opportunity to shop, ask questions in real-time and interact with the live experiences.

Madison Avenue Couture go live every week on Friday at 1pm ET and viewers have the opportunity to add this to their calendar via Smartzer's "save the date" feature.

During the live shopping event their customers can send comments, ask questions, send reactions and shop the products directly from the live shopping event. Ensuring the authenticity of luxury goods is critical. Being able to showcase the latest products through a live buildust with customers and drives sales both online as well as traffic to the store in New York.

As the show comes to an end, the interactive journey still continues with Smartzer's on-demand features through the live shopping platform. This enables Madison Avenue Couture to create a series of content on their e-commerce website which all remain shoppable and interactive post live.

Madison Avenue Couture further enhanced their Live Shopping hub by embedding our shortform video playlist. The clickable grid creates fun gifs as you hover over each video preview. By utilising pre-existing clips from Instagram, they were able to easily repurpose content into shoppable shortform videos on their e-commerce, driving even more interactions to a thriving content hub.

From day one the goal was to utilise Live shopping to help entice new customers to Madison Avenue Couture. The live shopping functionality offered potential customers the ability to chat, in real-time, to the expert to create a personalised and unique experience. Madison Avenue Couture wanted the ability to create a hub on their website for these videos to live so viewers could watch back on-demand.
